We covered a case where a woman was fired for using the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.slaughterdevelopment.com/2009/09/03/caps-lock-termination/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;caps lock key&lt;/a&gt; in an email, as it was seen as SHOUTING. Perhaps we are less prone to nuance and interpretation, and that impacts our interpretation of behavior.
